Modsy developed a 3D visualization engine enabling consumers to scan their rooms and work with online interior designers to virtually redesign their homes. In 2022, Modsy shifted focus from online interior design services to its core 3D technology. On August 30th, 2023, Lennar, a leading homebuilder and longtime Modsy investor, acquired Modsy's remaining team and IP. This acquisition allows Modsy to scale its technology and innovate further to meet the needs of homebuyers.
