Humber Forest is a community forest initiative in the UK, covering areas like Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, and North Lincolnshire. It focuses on increasing tree canopy cover through tree planting programs, benefiting communities, businesses, and wildlife. Humber Forest provides funding, advice, and practical support for planting trees and hedgerows, aiming to combat climate change and enhance local environments. It’s part of the larger Northern Forest project, which spans from Liverpool to the Yorkshire Coast.
