THE COMPANY
Briar Common began over 20 years ago inspired by the American IPA. Founded in 2013 and opening in 2016, it aims to offer balanced beers and creative gastropub food, providing an elevated brewery experience. The name reflects the founders' shared childhood connection to berry farms in Portland, Oregon, where wild vines grew in huge brambles along the side of the road. After years of brewing small batches continents apart, they decided to make Briar Common a reality.
