AVANGAR, a Kazakhstani esports organization, started in the summer of 2017. They quickly made a name for themselves in various tournaments, especially Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. On April 1, 2020, they paused operations to develop esports venues in Kazakhstan. They reentered the CS:GO scene in November 2021 with a new roster. However, they halted operations again in April 2024 due to contractual obligations. AVANGAR significantly impacted the growth of esports in Kazakhstan through their dedication and achievements.
